Dr. Sharon Aldridge is an obstetrician-gynecologist with Prisma Health. She was born in Brooklyn, New York, where she also completed her medical training. After practicing in Long Island for 10 years, she relocated to South Carolina, where she has provided care for nearly two decades. Dr. Aldridge offers comprehensive women’s health services, combining expertise in obstetrics and gynecology with a strong focus on continuity of care. Her clinical practice includes prenatal care, labor and delivery management, and postpartum care, as well as preventive gynecologic services and long-term care for women across the lifespan. She is experienced in surgical procedures and values the ability to integrate both medical and operative care in treating her patients. She is particularly passionate about caring for mothers and supporting healthy pregnancies, and she finds great fulfillment in building long-term relationships with patients and their families—often caring for them year after year and watching their children grow. Outside of work, Dr. Aldridge enjoys spending time with her family and friends and gardening in her backyard.
